Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 Sept 2025. Please read these terms carefully before using the Avirqo platform or placing any order.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Avirqo platform, website, and services provided by Avirqo Fintech LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under the laws of India ("Avirqo", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

Our services are available exclusively to registered businesses, enterprises, and organisations ("Clients"). By using Avirqo, you represent that you are authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organisation. Individual consumers are not eligible to place orders directly through the Avirqo B2B platform.

2. Orders & Payment

Prepayment required: All orders must be paid in full before vouchers are issued or delivered. Avirqo does not extend credit facilities.
Pricing & discounts: Pricing is transparent and volume-based. Discounts are applied according to the order volume agreed at the time of enquiry and confirmed in the commercial proposal.
GST: All prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. A valid GST invoice will be issued upon payment.

3. Voucher Delivery

Avirqo will deliver vouchers to the designated SPOC / HR specified in the Client’s Order via email as agreed. We commit to:

  • Delivering all voucher codes to the Client’s designated SPOC or HR email in a structured Excel file within the timeline agreed in the commercial proposal
  • Clearly communicating the expiry date and terms for each voucher in the Excel file delivered to the Client
  • Providing a delivery confirmation to the Client’s SPOC upon successful dispatch of the Excel file

Avirqo is not responsible for any delays in distribution to end recipients, as the Client’s SPOC or HR team is responsible for internal distribution of the voucher codes received in the Excel file.

4. Voucher Terms & Expiry

Each voucher carries its own expiry terms set by the brand partner. When a voucher is delivered, we automatically send timely reminders to the recipient as the expiry date approaches — so every reward gets noticed, opened, and redeemed. Avirqo is not liable for vouchers that expire due to the recipient’s failure to redeem within the validity period.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Before delivery: Orders cancelled before the recipient list is submitted and processing begins are eligible for a full refund within 7 business days.
After delivery begins: Once vouchers have been issued or dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds will not be provided for vouchers already shared or redeemed.
Failed deliveries: If Avirqo is unable to deliver a voucher due to a platform error or technical failure on our part, a replacement voucher will be issued for the affected voucher(s).

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate SPOC or recipient data and take full responsibility for its accuracy.
  • Obtain all necessary consents from recipients for the communication of vouchers
  • Use Avirqo’s services only for lawful business purposes
  • Once voucher is delivered, keep your account credentials confidential and make sure vouchers are secured and delivered correctly to the end consumer.

Avirqo is not responsible for any vouchers already distributed to the end recipients, as the Client’s SPOC or HR team is responsible for internal distribution of the voucher codes received in the Excel file.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, platform design, and software associated with Avirqo are the exclusive property of Avirqo Fintech LLP. Clients may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any Avirqo intellectual property without prior written consent. Brand names and logos of partner brands appearing in our catalog remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avirqo’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the total value paid by the Client for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Avirqo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, profits, or data.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.
